APPLICATION FEE: $50 per applicant age 18 or older; cash, money order, or cashier's checks only (NO personal checks).
IDENTIFICATION: Copy of a valid driver's license or other government issued identification card for each applicant.
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD: Copy of Social Security card or green card for each applicant.
INCOME REQUIREMENTS: Verifiable income must be equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent of the home for which you are applying.
PROOF OF INCOME: Examples - paystubs for most recent month or letter from employer on company letterhead stating gross pay and length of employment.
Self-employed applicants are required to submit the first two pages of their most recent tax return and Page 1 of Schedule C.
Applicants receiving child support, social security, or disability payments must provide supporting documentation.
PROOF OF RESIDENCE: Examples - current lease, utility bill, etc.
PETS: Applicants with pets must incude a photo of their pet(s) and a copy of the rabies vaccination record.
