Charlene Riley, our Receptionist, is the voice on the phone when you call. She answers general questions pertaining to our rentals, points you in the right direction for more specific details, schedules showings, and assists with a variety of other needs.
Karen Lukridge, one of our valued Property Managers, markets and shows available rentals to prospective tenants. Karen also processes applications from start to finish, which entails conducting background and credit checks, communicating with applicants' previous landlords to obtain rental references, conveying applicant details to homeowners for application approval, and preparing leases for new occupants. Finally, Karen is also responsible for ensuring vacant homes are tenant-ready, conducting bi-annual property inspections, and coordinating move-out inspections.
Michelle Block wears a couple hats! As our Property Maintenance Manager, she addresses the needs of our tenants, homeowners, and vendors in all aspects of maintaining our clients' investment properties. As our Accountant, Michelle is also responsible for posting rent payments, issuing payments to our owners and vendors, submitting delinquent accounts to our collection agency, and more. Michelle also manages much of R&B's marketing endeavors, including social media, photography, graphic design, and website design.
Tina Manchester, R&B's Broker-in-Charge, handles much of the communication with our existing tenants and facilitates lease renewals and evictions. Tina also works closely with our property owners to keep them informed and ensure their questions are answered.
